Refund Policy

Thank you for using AC Kade, operated by Click4AC (Pvt) Ltd. We aim to provide a reliable and convenient platform for connecting customers and AC technicians. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a service booked through our app, we are here to help.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- If a technician fails to arrive or complete a confirmed service.
- If a customer cancels a booking before the technician’s arrival.
- If a duplicate or incorrect payment was made.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of your payment. Once we review and approve your request, we will process the refund within 7–10 working days to your original payment method through PayHere.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable if:
- The service has been successfully completed.
- Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer.
- The refund request is made after 7 days.
